At certain stages in life, it can feel as though you are stuck — unable to move forward despite wanting to. Limiting beliefs are often formed through past experiences, or messages we have absorbed over time. These beliefs may sound like an inner voice saying “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t cope,” or “Things won’t change,” and over time they can keep us feeling hesitant to move forward. By creating new, more supportive inner responses, hypnotherapy can help build confidence, self-belief, and a renewed sense of choice — empowering you to move forward with greater clarity and freedom.
Phobias are intense, automatic fear responses that can develop after a distressing experience, through learned behaviour, or sometimes without a clear conscious cause. Even when we logically understand that a fear is disproportionate, the body and mind can still react as though there is real danger present.
Many people find that as the fear response softens, they are able to face previously challenging situations with greater calm and confidence.
